So far we have been to East Texas areas, loved the country feel.

However, the new rental is a new property to me and while I'm doing everything I can to have all the pieces working, I might miss something.I have had a vacation out of the country scheduled for about 9 months(before I even thought about buying this property).

I have real estate experience in both countries and I have a group of investors I work with.

I live in the SF bay area so the prices as you know are higher than other parts of the country but I have faith that I will find a deal in this mailing.

Hi Paul,I'm a proud eastern NC native, but must admit that eastern NC is a very different animal from the major NC markets like Charlotte, Triad, and the Triangle.
