The dog, Bonnie, despite being small-medium-size, has developed a habit of reaching for food items on the counter, and despite lacking opposable thumbs, had apparently turned the gas knob.  

This is my issue with 1% agents... they are literally taking food off their families table in a desperate attempt to undercut other agents and take the listings at a discount.

The lifestyle, language, food, culture, sights, smells were all different.

Don't be surprised if they have food on the ceiling.

There aren't many offices out there that will decline free food and information!!!

Also, their grocery bill is astronomical and it should be cut drastically while still eating healthy food.
