You should be able to pound out hundreds a day.  

However there are still deals out here if you’re willing to pound the pavement.We bought two small multi-families last year and are currently holding tight on purchasing anything else.

Maybe that will change, but I think the transition will be bumpy.My other thought is that ADU's are not cheap, and cities are taking their pound of flesh and then some.

Shouldn't have to do this but the government makes every attempt to bend over and pound the middle class whenever possible
