I have my own plumbing business here near Holden Beach, NC and my Wife is a Graphic Artist / Sign Maker who also has her own business here.

If all else fails, take your photographs then go to a freelance or crowd sourcing site online and find a graphics professional to "PhotoShop" 'em! 

Also, starting a PM company yourself is a massive undertaking.

I am still in the process of deconstructing David’s books and developing a visual info graphic that outlines his books in a visual form ( I will post it once I am done!) 

FOr someone like me... well I deleted the entire website and I wrote my own content, I designed my own graphics and designed my own structure and layout and I developed my own SEO strategies.The result?

Experience will build confidence, just as in any other undertaking.

Then as Mark Forest and others are promoting, you can ignore the asbestos in the attic until such time as you need to undertake a renovation or pierce the ceiling of the living space below.

The alternative to that is that the management company simply calls a reliable, well known company with a good reputation and nice newer model, shiny trucks with professional graphics and cool slogans on them (AND VERY EXPENSIVE), pays the bill and then passes that bill on to the property owner. 

Yeah, the school district really sucks, but they are undertaking massive building projects on the other side of Coatesville which would be like Sadsbury or more well known Parkesburg.
