I have spoken to three attorneys about this and one had no idea about it. 

My savings are falling short after my home purchase so I need alternatives that can be implemented right away (ie I don’t want to wait 5+ years to have sufficient savings to only then invest in rental).Any feedback is welcomed. thanks

@Alicia Marks I own three long distance condos in Charlotte NC and a single family rental in PA.

The groups that were founded in 2014-2017 have experience relative to those founded in 2021, but the syndicators that have been around since 1992 have EXPERIENCE.I think the three things you outline follow the same train of thought.  

If I cash out three of them, I can get six other places.

For those landlords who take security deposits in City of Chicago, is a separate business bank account sufficient for the security deposit or do I still need to set up the special landlord account that requires all W-9 paperwork from tenants etc?
