With apartments and multiple units you have to worry about doing the same thing every time or word gets around you went soft on one of them and the late payment to no payment rent starts spreading like a cancer.A specialist eviction attorney in your area will know the realities of evicting.Some the states investors buy in boggles my mind of 3 to 6 months to get them out.

Backing out like this used to be rare (so say the folks involved) but has become more common since sellers are afraid of losing offers (market has been very soft) but now market is getting a little more lively.

Primary for durability (oak) cause it doesnt ding and dent like soft wood,,,and 6 panel is LESS prone to fist damage/holesIf I were going to paint white maybe a 6 panel pine door would be just as effective and a little cheaper.What style of door and 'trim' is in style these days?????
