Start by talking to a cross-border CPA and attorney to handle taxes and legal structures properly.

I only charge markup on maintenance if it's a larger project that requires more coordination, supervision of the work, and inspection after completion.

The ability to accept a colleague request has not been available like it used to be so I do not accept colleague request.

That is cheap to install 2 units in my opinion.
