Hey there @Steve Onay - My first thought is that you are asking a pretty general question about two huge cities in Chicago and Dallas...I think its easier to get started close to home but easier to scale if you are investing out state...what do I mean by that?

There are also note funds, but I'm not considering them because they're unsecured and pay only slightly higher than what I can get with safer publicy traded funds.So on the risk scale, with T-bills being a 0, S&P500 ETF being a 7, and a Meme stock being a 10, where would you put TDs with the parameters I specified in my first post?

Thank you for getting all my ducks in a row and able to scale my business, being that I do online stuff it can be sometimes high risk and can they hold funding with these guys they came in just the neck of time, and I was able to get scaling funds along with have extra in case I need it... thanks again guys!
