Find another LO who knows what they are doing :)

I had questioned if the outside looked this way, what did the inside look like, and lo and behold there may now also be bedbugs. 

For the most part, sellers will not think outside of the 'box' to an unknown person.I have e-mailed craigslist 'for rent' owners with the l/o idea before as well.
