Make sure you confirm the zoning district of the property and ensure the buyer's proposed use is a permitted use. 

And depending on the structure of the loan it may have to go to the government anyways (refinancing same institution SBA debt)The proposal you read about is very interesting however I don’t expect it to pass in that form.

I recently received the property tax bill and a notice of proposed real property assessment for 2021.

Today H.R. 6314 was introduced by two Washington state members of congress to provide short term rental assistance, $100 billion proposal.

They said they looked at the proposal and that they had to do what they could to ensure I got it.

Is there any financing structure that I can propose to the hard money lender that would allow me to get into this property with a small down payment? 

Please help work up this proposal which could also go to state governments. 

Clarify with them why they are cancelling the proposed lease.  

Everything proposed is a short term marginal fix.
