They do require that person to have no assets, so a house in her name could be problematic.

Then, over time, probably a few months, start to determine who you would feel comfortable doing a deal with.

Additionally, my husband lived there for six years, and the city feels like a second home to me.

If you make the person an LLC employee you can get around it, but partner does need to be careful.

I would never do sub to for the purpose of holding long term rentals  ( at least personally) .
