I'm not looking for 'investing' books(reading books on strategies from a million years ago and are basic and vague don't interest me) I'm looking for some inspirational reads, autobiographical books on past leaders or even books on topics of economy and self finance improvement.I'm on amazon now with a quick trigger mouse and need some suggestions right now

There lease is up on the 26 this month and they just moved out on the 3rd.The tenant has requested to not pay rent this month because of termite/mouse problems and has declared the apartment uninhabitable.I know there are some pest issues but I get them treated every year.In their lease they are supposed to be responsible for pest control as well, (She says that is not legal, is it?)

My family have been in the card system laundry mat business for 25 years.

I inherited about 8 laundry machines that have card readers (not credit cards - laundry mat cards) specifically for the laundromat they came out of.

We are running to cabins to take care of things constantly - internet down, no propane, a mouse in the house, car stuck in driveway, guest is lost, locked themselves out of the cabin, broken refrigerator, can't get the TV on, hot tub not heating, etc., etc. 

Some neighborhoods they may add no value, some neighborhoods they mat add $40-$50k.

My question is this: should we discount her rent for having to put up with mouse droppings all over the kitchen?
