Watch out for the SAFE Act as well as Options are mention as other financing arrangements.If you construct the agreement and strike out the financing contingency you may well be crossing a line of dealing fairly, I advise not to do that over a long term contract....besides, it doesn't really make that much difference if they can't get the loan.All of this has been mentioned on BP before, a little research and reading will go a long way for ya.....good luck,,,,,and it's my humor, sorry if it got the dander up.....have fun!
