But "principal" by statute means you closed on the deal, not that you "have 'an interest in'" per ORC which identifies exemptions and says: "With reference to real estate situated in this state owned by such person... or acquired on its own account in the regular course of, or as an incident to the management of the property and the investment in it; " (emphasis mine)See also my prior post.

Yes, you can learn a lot from your contractors if they're willing to share their experience; that isn't always the case when you're a woman... they tend more to try to make things sound more complicated than they really are and I've had several incidents where they outright lied to me.
