A lot depends on your time horizon, liquidity, income, etc.

Albuquerque has proven to be a good market for me and so I will continue to purchase properties here but I would liket to expand my horizons :)  I will do my best to stay connected so as to help one another succeed.  

Peter, I agree with you and am buying all the RE that I can to ride that huge wave that appears to be building on the horizon.

Typically, the goals and the time horizons vary greatly between these groups.  

If you see better opportunities on the horizon sell.

Best part, the negotiations on the owner finance have developed into a relationship where further investing is on the horizon.

Horizon South is an older condo complex that Movement Mortgage (Parker Borofsky) has found to be warrantable. 

Within a 30 year horizon anything could happen but each market/region may have its own average housing price growth rate within the horizon examined.Whatever the "average" growth rate in any area may be, that doesn't mean it was a "steady" growth though -- just what it averaged out to.

Personally, I think this is pretty remarkable, because before I started with any of these in March I had NO clue about the local real estate market.So, what's on the horizon?
