Is it possible to hang on to an investment property too long due to depreciation accruals, etc?  

So don't feel like you need to be in a hurry to hang your license.  

What said agent acting as an agent and a undisclosed principal.. all those types of issue that can get a broker into hot water.So your probably right your broker given your experience  lack of generating revenue for the firm did not like the Risk = reward component of your hanging your license with him.

He invited me out to a party that night and we ended up hanging out for most of the weekend.

Deceide what other electrical work you need like hanging any light fixtures and putting in n exhaust fan in the bathroom and adding any light switches and get  package price for everything ekectrical that you need to get done.

You would think that we would start having these discussions sooner than closing day, but we have a tough time visualizing everything until we're walking through it with no tenant, no furniture, no agent hovering and the ability to really take our time and just hang out in the place for a couple hours.The way I handle it is this.
