You aren't going to find a cheaper HML anywhere else on the planet.  

I want to stress, MAKE SURE YOU FIND OUT WHAT ALL THE PERMIT FEES WILL BE, because we have far more regulation in California than the rest of the planet.

I find it endlessly fascinating (and frustrating) how some people just drop off the face of the planet.

@Hailey BrownI think transitioning out of the 'grass is greener' mentality can be difficult but needed - which I'm hearing a bit of. 

In my opinion, an investment in Israel provides the best ROI on the planet.

This is simply not for someone that wants a set it and forget it investment.But if you simply want to talk numbers, there's no way on this planet that a 401k can outperform a long term - buy and hold investment property in a typical area (i.e. not a war zone) and if its bought right (i.e. 70 to 75% LTV) AND you self manage.So read the posts a little closer next time.
