And no green house gas.now granted you have to make the power but we get a lot of ours from Hydro.What I have seen in the Mediterranean is every home has a BLACK hot water heater on the roof.. no need to power it for hot water.. we should do that in our desert areas.. of course in cheaper areas they may get stolen like condenser units do.

That means you are responsible for all the items that failed. if it is a 3 family or above, you should check the status of the Green Card (Certificate of inspection) with the state. with Newark you have to be very careful with the area.

Nonetheless it's an extremely new area and I'm curious as to if I should make the jump here or raise my price limit and look into other well-established areas with solidified school systems such as Pearland, Katy, the newer areas of Richmond (Long Meadow, Harvest Green...).

There is a guy by Green Lake that does a bunch of these, he got like 20 homes when a Highway went through, he made bank, dropping them on lots and rehabbing them, but you will need to carry the expense for a while. good luck!
