There can be board ups sprinkled among cute well-kept bungalows or gorgeous 3-story homes.

We had about 6 little tryer cans made up at home depot and none of the colors look good on the walls.Too dark, too pink, too grey, too looking like a very off white.

Changes included:-Taking what used to be the Master Bedroom, tiny Master Bath, Hall Bath, and second Bedroom, and creating a gorgeous Master Suite with luxurious bathroom and large walk-in closet.

I do it to have a more personalized letter in a brightly colored pink envelop.

I am debating between blue background and white lettering or I also saw some with a black background and pink lettering.

The house, gorgeous at their move in, is now full of roaches, in need of new carpet and a paint job, and looking sad.My point is that this property may look like this due to the tenants, not a tired landlord.  

1st one was a 1500 sq ft house built in 1999 and all it really needed was paint and flooring and appliances - $1200 for appliances, $1800 for paint (whole house inside), $5000 for flooring (whole house - removed pink carpet ugh!)

Looks like it'll be gorgeous when completed.  

I can get a GORGEOUS Single Family that doesn't need a thing for a fraction of a duplex that "needs work".The plan would still be to buy the next property and live in it after 12 months (as FHA permits), and traditionally rent out this first purchase SFR.Thanks in advance BP'ers.

We are still in the exploratory phase of this but the CC I've seen in person are gorgeous!
