Flushing strength is good and I am working towards either repairing flooring and other damage myself, or hiring someone. 

I had scale build up which was causing clogs, however the tenants were flushing diapers and wipes down the drain so I addressed that and just cleaned it out for a number of years to avoid the large costs of repairing the entire pipe. 

The most recent was filing a maintenance request because the toilet wasn't flushing.

Turn on all faucets, flush all toilets and allow the water to run while you are walking the property.

If the people viewing your unit don't ask and start using the restroom and then forget to flush.

Also when some of the folks on this site hit me off line and showed what was happening it was easy to see old money was being replaced by new money and those that yelled the loudest got taken care of.. so I guess we will see were it all flush's out..

In the past 5-7 months or so, @Rick Santasiere and I have had more than a few NY (Flushing, Poughkeepsie, etc)  folks reach out to us to discuss purchasing units in CT - a few that are now close to closing. 

That being said, if they flushed something stupid down the toilet/drain, they get a bill instead.

We own a chalet/cabin STR on sewer with a grinder pump and aren't supposed to flush anything but TP.
