These programs aren't a cheap buy-in, we hate to make the wrong decision but we're also tired of watching YouTube videos that make it all look so easy.

I think a step-by-step video for beginners would be useful so that they know how to interpret all the data they put out and why each piece of information is important and useful.

Video tours and photos look very different from seeing the properties and areas in person.
