You endlessly find people that are always looking unless you have a resource like BP as a resource to connect them.

I have been looking around endlessly for sellers and i believe i am going to be able to zero in on them quite easily or quickly  , i now want to get more informed on finding buyers just as productive.

This of course, is amazing and I can see the endless possibilities of private money lending, as no own capital is required!

This is a more informal  session, but again time is limited so you must be prepared, possibly have copies of documents or other materials to provide at least the Board with, but is a good opportunity to speak directly to Board Members.In general, regardless of the issue at hand, Owners that act less than civilized, or that ramble on endlessly, or repeat themselves over and over, will never be welcome at a meeting, and can be escorted out.

If higher end - I would refinish hardwoods if you have them under carpet, maybe even tile that looks like hardwood.Lower end (less than $150/night) maybe use the vinyl strip flooring that looks like hardwood.
