All County is a franchise which is nationwide.The owner/director of the franchise owed me several thousand dollars when he emailed me to inform me that he had been expelled from the franchise and had his license suspended.

During this particular case with the Tuscaloosa Housing Authority, the staff was dealing with some turnover, and though our AR Coordinator and Director of PM Operations were both reaching out for updates, we were not provided with adequate information regarding this ledger. 

Tonight the Regional Planning Director and the States number one consultant for Planning and Zoning Boards were talking about taking in boarders and I interrupted and informed them it is now called house hacking and has been so for about 10 years and that there’s whole books written on the subject!

Any help is appreciated.I think a major point missed in this is as a non profit there has to be a board of directors - the board of directors cannot also be all the employees and determine what they pay.
