Our neighbors told us that there are at least 3 adults ( one young couple, one old man) and 2 very young kids living in our property.

Adults are expected to behave themselves.  

I'd stated the occupancy limit on the property is 4 adults and was a bit unprepared when he filled out the application with 6 total people (himself, wife, and 4 kids).

Also, there are affordable property management options out there designed for investors with just a few properties.

I've always believed that there is nothing wrong with being a "copy cat" as long as you copy the "right cat" 🐱What prompted my question is just recently we had a local competitor literally use the same design and layout for their website as our own.And not the first time something like this has happened over the years and personally, I find it quite endearing 😘Would love your thoughts?

It is also reasonable to question the decision making of adults who smoke in the house when young children are present. 

The issue is due to the floorplan, I am having issues having an idea on how to reorganize the kitchen.Does anyone know or recommend an interior renovation design that could provide a design idea?

Require renters insurance naming you as additional insured at the time of walk-thru, require valid auto insurance for all vehicles to be garaged on your property, video all walk-thrus, require only the paying adult or adults to be named on the lease, do not require all adults living in the premises to be on the lease.

There are products out there designed for this.
