This would probably help since the next one I build I could immediately put for sale and do a short term rental while it sells.I have many years of construction experience and have also done a fix and flip, in addition to building ground up construction, as well as 10 years of entrepreneurial experience running a paddle board rental company... i have a BS in Physics from Georgia Tech , a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry from UT Austin, and did Postdoctoral research using Computational Engineering where I designed, manufactured, and tested a shock mitigating metamaterial...

That being said, I’ve found a townhome, new construction, with the interest rate incentives as low as 3.99 & 4.99 it a a great area.

Or internally managed: I generally view in-house control as better, but internal PM and construction management work best at scale.  

I have 8 years experience in commercial construction, civil engineering, and project management, so hoping to leverage that skillset to help me.

But if the license is required and its a flaw on the lenders side you can bet the borrowers attorney will raise that.. 

Properties that are not in top condition are taking longer to sell, and even new construction homes are experiencing slower sales.

It's a way of hedging my bet using as little cash as possible.
