Hey @Melanie Hernandez, AirBNB is a platform so it sounds like you want to start a competitor for AirBNB, Booking.com or VRBO.I have to assume that you mean buy a STR in either Miami or Orlando.Orlando has a lot of rentals in the mix but it can be done.Miami has a lot of restrictions within the city so you would really have to drill down.Your question needs more data.

Some won't administer promissory notes.You can get an idea of the types of investments administered by checking their website; if the investment you are contemplating isn't shown, it is likely not available through them.A few years ago I also came across a rather interesting resource titled "The Ultimate List of Self Directed IRA Custodians & Administrators" available from a company called Innovative Wealth Management (I found it useful to evaluate competitor offerings!).
