I am looking to start shopping for landlord insurance for a 3 bedroom house in MT and would love to hear if anyone has some recommendations for insurance companies to start getting quotes from.

It just makes life easier - they shop a variety of insurers and are more easily able to compare apples to apples because they know how the various companies present coverages.

In my HML company days back in Oakland CA. 

It's not a great pickup for a property management company as you know. 

. - PRO TIP: many builders lose their license then create new company in name of wife or other relative/friend.2) Check Better Business Bureau, but don't assume all the complaints are legit. - If there area MANY, then that is a problem.

So then I shadowed a mortgage company, and fell in love with it! 

Im curious to see if anyone here has had experiences with wholesale companies and if you had a good experience? 

It might take a couple of years for you to really be in a place to go on your own, but a mentorship, internship, or even just getting hired at a larger flipping company would be a huge value to you just getting into this all!
