Are there any cities or neighborhoods that you’ve seen consistent success with for multi-family properties?

Talk to 3 brokers in each of those cities and have them sell you on their city. 

City issues violations.

From my understanding, due to population growth, public investment, and economic forces, the city is looking like a strong buy and hold.Appreciate any insights!

But the city is giving orders to repair or demolish them.

I have investments all over the city in multiple asset classes.

Suburban areas and smaller cities have seen a rise in demand, making them prime locations for mid-term rentals.Flexibility Preference: More renters seek flexible housing options as job mobility increases.

Very few duplexes, triplexes, etc. in the city.

if virtually all attendees miss a paid for workshop, there are reasons.As for our travels, we saw 4 mayan sites including Chichen Itza and toba, swam in 3 cenotes, went to swim with turtles but too rough seas for the wife (storm impacts), scuba a Great Wall (advanced dive - 95’ with strong current), many tours of various cities including horse drawn and walking.  

Kansas City is a great market for real estate investing!
