I literally get a Christmas card from my Plumber - which tells me we are one of their bigger customers.

Now I find out they didn't tell us that debt terms changed before closing on at least 1 of the deals I know about.If investors lose here.....the KP's will have a bigger problem.

We do not mind saving more (average $8k/month from net income) for another year or so to get to a bigger down payment.

Again, I have a bias against "gurus", and the bigger the social media following, the more skeptical I am.  

The leads were not great like you said and I also noticed Bigger Pockets has a button that says "Contact all 5 featured lenders".

I've been looking into switching PMSs also, but I'd really prefer not to.It was recommended in a Facebook group to do this setting, but since my default min stay is 2 days I fail to see how this is any different.What seems like it should work would be a setting like this, where the min stay just before an unavailable day would be bigger than that amount of days.But this setting doesn't seem to make any difference on my calendar that I can see.

It may depend on bigger goals but even single family in the metro is expensive, so again it may go back to your longer-term goals.

Is 2300 square feet is on the bigger side of what we should be targeting?
