The development that I am working on is more rural, where land is available and seniors live in more isolation and have a harder time connecting with their rural neighbors.

For example, when I first starting investing I connected with investors from BP. 

I recommend reaching out to BP support for assistance.Additionally, it might be a good idea to connect with investor-friendly agents during your search.

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.

maverick isn't a turnkey provider themselves. they're more of a 3rd party that connects the investor to the turnkey provider (and gets a commission for referrals).i would start with a legit turnkey provider that does their own property management in house. 

I plan on expanding to a PPC budget very soon.For BP, my goal is to not only learn and connect with any and everyone but also contribute wherever I see fit.
