Beyond that, everything else (cosmetics, aesthetics, etc) are as they are.

Hey guys, after 5 months of designing and going back and forth changing little details here and there, my friend and I finally finished this design.

As a total newbie, I am getting into RE field and flipping sounds awesome to me.However I have a feeling that without RE appraisal or Interior Design certification I can't FLIP/REHAB houses or do RE properly.I would love to ask you.

I actually designed it for entertaining with a double-height great room and mezzanine that looks over into the main space; there is also an art studio with separate entrance that could easily be a 1-bd.

However, I would look into professional designations to supplement your degree.

Hello All - I'm an architect in Austin, TX working on raising capital to fund construction on a mixed-use project my office is developing/ designing/ building, and I'd greatly appreciate input on effectively raising capital for a deal like this.  

What level of design is going into the property?

They do affordable senior housing but I think they like to be involved early on in design decisions.
