I have looked into that industrial/hotel zone area it is slim.

I do understand chances of getting big portion of money back is slim, but at least I need to try all possible ways I can , if unfortunately fail, at least I know I have done my best.

I don't want to waste my time if my chances are slim.

unfortunately, all avenues will be exhausted and you could end up in an asset fat; cash slim situation which is not good for you or family.  

Regardless it sounds like the pickins are slim.

However, their chances of qualifying with the park are slim to none.

The chances you get this deal or another deal by wholesaling or cold calling people is so slim, you definitely don’t want me to take a shot at how small your chances are.Wholesaling is not easy.

However, since I work as an analyst at a bank, I am very aware that housing prices are extremely high here and that the chances of finding such a deal with my narrow criteria might be slim to none at this current point in the market (specifically the purchasing price criteria).

I must say that returns on this sound very slim,  at best you are looking at a 1% on your cash and renting below a 1% on the purchase.
