Hi everyone,Im trying to figure/find out how strict the rules are when it comes to getting an FHA loan (I want the minimum down payment) and renting it right away.

@Shaheen AhmedI don't know the Ohio markets as well as I know Pennsylvania but (1) taxes can vary widely among counties, cities, municipalities, etc. and (2) the problem right now is that interest rates are so high (although taxes and insurance increasing certainly doesn't help.)What are you trying to accomplish?

I don't know the DLP side of the story but it appears as they are trying to force a sale that would wipe out the LP equity and investments. 

But 3 years ago try to raise money and give returns on paying 100% cash, investors would not do it because the IRR s were not competitive to the max debt operators but we see the outcome..

I was looking into getting a sponsor, but what pretty lost trying to find a sponsor on Google.

Keep in mind, I do my homework extensively on the properties I am trying to buy at auction.
