The 2 biggest industries in the Pittsburgh Area are higher education and healthcare but given the low cost to live in the city, access to a major airport, sports franchises, and other cool features, I forsee a really positive future for this place. 

I also know that doing larger deals is much more of a team sport and that I am very limited when trying to use only my own resources.

Make sure you have good contact info for all those people....full name, address, phone, email, FB, IG, Linkedin....if possible Bday and Anniversary dates.....so you want all that for everyone in your phone today, in FB, IG, and Linkedin....then all the people you don't have in those places, but should like your neighbors or relatives...school friends, sport friends, frat brothers, church friends, co-workers, etc....then branch out to all the people you do business with today....dentist, doctor, car dealership, bank, starbucks, or whoever.   

I was at a closing in ATL a few years back  ( attorneys office in a A class office park) and commented on how come its so hot in here.He said their condensers were stolen the night before :)  its really quite the sport in many areas of the mid west deep south.

Their answer came in two numbers:  1 - What their total PV was for all their properties, and 2 - What the total CF was,...neither of which answered my question.I changed the subject, gradually, to sports of some kind,...and never discussed REI with them again.STOP chasing doors...chase money...and not the number in between either,...what the CF, equity and/or PV is per property.
