Any tips on cash out refinance?

I guess joining BP is now my official first step in taking a dive to this journey.

Perhaps displaying it in a format like a TD Ameritrade or other investing site.  

I'm assuming my friend has the right to do so since the tenant hasn't paid their utilities, and they are officially no longer a tenant but a squatter until the sheriff comes.

I'd recommend just listing the property on Zillow and other similar sites.

I am open to any and all suggestions, tips, or experiences anyone would be willing to share!

Most managers are on just these sites and perhaps their direct websites, but the others are realistically the primary source.

I get being annoyed by the constant adding of rules and regulations from the site, it bothers me as well, but frankly, anyone who wasn't already meeting these guidelines with their messaging shouldn't be hosting anyway.
