Marry a girl at least 4 years younger...

My brokerage acquired a house in Garland that was occupied by a section 8 tenant who was a 22 year old girl with 4 kids from 4 different fathers.

My tenants are two young girls and i wanted them to know how serious i was as a landlord.To give you a little background, I am 34yrs old married with a 2.5yr old son.

We also painted the kids' rooms, but it might be too "loud" as a rental unit because one room has "Victoria Secret" pink stripes with a ceiling fan definitely for a little girl's room and the other room we painted teal and it has a modern looking black ceiling fan.
