Im curious to see if anyone here has had experiences with wholesale companies and if you had a good experience?

. - PRO TIP: many builders lose their license then create new company in name of wife or other relative/friend.2) Check Better Business Bureau, but don't assume all the complaints are legit. - If there area MANY, then that is a problem.

Sometimes I'm not sure if the landlord's contact info I was provided is fake or not.

It's not a great pickup for a property management company as you know. 

So then I shadowed a mortgage company, and fell in love with it! 

But by putting the properties into the business name you can avoid having the debt reported to personal credit so long as the funding lenders servicing company allows for it.

It might take a couple of years for you to really be in a place to go on your own, but a mentorship, internship, or even just getting hired at a larger flipping company would be a huge value to you just getting into this all!  

Under this idea, you'd need to see if the Health dept has any restrictions for your septic system (which i assume you have) and if the power company would meter the 2nd unit separately. 

There are multiple billion dollar companies dumping money into the city, such as Intel, Google, Honda, and Amazon.
