Call 5 ask them what parts of the city they like/dislike and why.

Any MH park is hard to finance, nice ones are much easier with low vacancies.I would not look at any with it's own water system and/or sewer treatment as the regulations just keep comming and they are very expensive to maintain even worse to replace.Good luck on your quest, but I really dislike cans on wheels.

I dislike those things, although they simplify behind-the-wall plumbing.So it's pretty damned bare-bones to my eye given how much you obviously spent on the tub+surround and especially the shower+surround kits.

My biggest dislike is dealing with people who do not understand how an appraisal district is supposed to operate, and the meaning of their values on properties.

I really dislike these people but with 30 other properties and another company flipping about  35 houses a year, eviction is not a priority when I am receiving $835 of $875.  

They have a state body which governs their actions and can bring discipline as needed.This may also put you in a better situation to pursue damages when another contractor comes in and you have to pay to fix mistakes or issues, etc.I too like Wayne dislike hostage negotiations.  

My wife dislikes them, calls them Soviet "Constructivist" style.

Aside from the normal reasons people dislike selling on LC, has someone told you there are issues with Indiana in particular?
