I heard the last two from kevin wood and cameron skinner and they were both very informative. 

In regards to an alleged short sale, this is not needed if there is no mortgage on the property as you stated earlier.

Cameron,I recently came upon one and admittedly, I have not used them, but intend to do some further research.

There have been other posts on the forums about this.Apparently they just lent their name to a RE training company who is allegedly not doing the best job.Save your money, unless Christina is going to be there and you want to see her :-)
