Nakisha,you do not need a Real Estate license in order to invest. i suggest you read and listen to a lot of things on this site first, start with the Education section on top. browse through the forums and read them and start asking questions. learn what you can about purchasing investment property. see if there are any Real Estate clubs in your area and join them, maybe find a mentor while you are there. in the mean time you can be going and getting your Real Estate license, it can only help you, but again, not necessary.
