Only time I had issues was luckily in Australia when the company wasn't paying the rent on time and I was able to communicate with the property manager easily and sort things out between my company people in Israel.

Joe and Julie understand and accept these terms, knowing that Tom would have lost the opportunity to rent to a family dependent on the school year, and/or because weather could impede his ability to find ideal tenants, if they choose not to enter into a lease on the property.The lease to be signed on October 1, 2016, is attached to this document as Exhibit A.Everybody signs, and they initial that they received a copy of the lease.For what it's worth, that's how I'd do it. :-)
