You have some nice traction in the Inner city or infill of many larger cities as folks tire of commuting and the thing called Walk Score has really become popular..

The trend of actually buying a house is really just starting to gain traction in the 25-35 age range.

I would not be in business without them... so all these beginners dreaming of these low rates they will just come and go and never really get any traction.... but then again I do this for a living and have for years.. and fully understand the dynamic about who has the gold has the rules...
