With over 20 years in the game here and having helped tons of out-of-state investors find the perfect mix of vacation home and rental property, I can tell you it’s totally doable with your budget.

They’ve been very responsive and seem to have done a great job screening and placing tenants, which took about 6 weeks (keep in mind I’ve not totally rehabbed the condo, older kitchen, bath and carpet), so renting out took a bit longer.

Obviously the expedited payments will be nice and I'm sure my tenants will appreciate not having to pay the $2 fee for ACH payments.
