A good sign of no insulation is lathe walls which are a rough texture wall unlike modern drywall.If the walls are not insulated you will have to look at the options and the cost involved to see if it will be cost effective.

We made it home, adding chandeliers, new carpet, jetted tub, etc.I should have been more responsible and payed the property taxes as they came out, but allowed myself to get behind since 2011 to the tune of now more than $4k for 3 years, choosing to invest that money instead.

My husband and realtor were frustrated they could not get the hot tub jets to work and they concluded whoever buys that cabin will be shelling out for a new hot tub soon!  

My Gosh, you walk into a property and see a salt water aquarium, boat, a classic car, lawn equipment, kayaks, jet skies, furniture, just about anything is negotiable and can be included in the purchase! 

I did texture it to match the rest of the room, but the movement of the panels make it a problem.Short answer: if it's in good shape, paint it.
