Since I am medically recovering and not working I read about 2 books a week and spend about 10 hours a day learning on the internet (7 days a week). 

In many cases the property will be sold off to create cash for the estate or to pay bills, usually end of life medical.

As for seller financed notes the good news is Dodd Frank is being deregulated and as for institutional notes it's a supply & demand equation with a big factor being jobs & economic growth, but there's always people defaulting due to job loss, divorce and medical.

As of now the preference is for medical office space but professional office, industrial, and retail uses will also be strongly considered.  

I owned my own flooring business until I had a major medical problem that took me out of work.  

I am medically recovering right now and I cannot walk and I may have never found this website because I was looking for some other way to are a living that was more flexible.  

I started getting lots of pressure from my work - they were asking me about my dosages of medication and when my treatment would be finished.

We have had a number of tenants that were fantastic but had dings against them because of nothing more than medical collections.
