So 13 of the 20 properties are on campus the others are around town.The positives in the town are that the town has added a brand new McAllisters deli, Dunkin’ donuts, and CVS in the past year.

Enjoy the short lived niche opportunity while it lasts.... or has already passed.Even the local dispensaries won't want to deal with local growers because the consumer will soon want potency and purity testing, consistency, and name branding etc., and the dispensaries will stock what sells and that will be "Willie Nelson's Best Weed" and not your "grown down on 5th street" brand.

But that's for another blog.Thus it's important to run numbers conservatively with built in saftey for when the people move into the brand new A-class buildings increasing our "old" asetts' vacancy for a while only to pick up all the A-class peeps again, once they realize they can't afford those rents anymore, which will in turn have an effect on all rents.

Not to mention the mobile app for landlords is great too—you can see most everything you need to on your phone (you can't do everything but it's great for checking on your accounts).Regarding having your tenants just drive to the bank themselves, I think this is more a question of your personal brand.
