Clair shores would be further east but another option with great sunrise views.West Bloomfield has a lot of Great Lakes with beautiful golf courses close by.

Not to say the other markets don't have strengths, Flagstaff and Sedona are beautiful, Tucson has the University, etc but in general Phoenix is over 75% of the state's population and has so much to offer.

Cash flow and appreciation are a beautiful combo. 

Also we have a beautiful River on the south property line and Iguana Creek on the East property line. 

I currently have two beautiful, cash flowing short term rentals and a third under contract.

Looks like a beautiful house, but also looks like it is priced high compared to some of the area homes.I don't know a thing about your market, but one question I would have is if a 1 car garage on a $1.4 million dollar house is a challenge?
