The CMHA payment standard refers to the maximum amount that the Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is willing to subsidize for housing assistance programs, such as the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program.

Mobile homes can cash flow pretty well as long as the park fees aren't too high.In the Central Valley nice mobile homes sell for $60k and up, and section 8 can fund it, in Fresno a section 8 voucher for a 2 bed unit will pay up to $1604/month.
