You have so many tools and resources with the software and you basically get your hand held through the entire process of finding a deal, making an offer, closing and so on.

Investing isn't a perfect world lined up to give you 100% perfectly efficient use of your resources (money etc) but it is potentially lucrative enough to overcome those minor inefficiencies. 

@Bob AsadCheck out this rent map, it's Northern Nevada specific and a good resource for investors in the area.

This would in-turn increase the building value.I have identified total costs and time for this potential change, and was curious what resources or anecdotes you may have to analyze the cost of the zoning change vs the residual outcome and lift in value driven by an increased buyer pool.
