My first reaction is WOW, that is a lot of money and a RIP OFF!

Initial reaction from the second electrician did not seem too concerned but what we agreed for next step was for me to send him the inspection report  (sent yesterday July 2) and we would go from there. 

What was the tenants reactions to the change and in the end was the change of property management successful, or did it cause tenants to drop? 

It all boils down to making an informed decision as to where to invest in STR rather than the knee jerk reaction of chasing shiny objects.

However, my initial reaction is most of these locations are too expensive.
